Still prescient, still glamorous, still tied to her family (or at the very least her Jasper, her primary partner). But she's an openly sexual creature and not just in a nudging wink-wink kind of way, she's a seer who shows the mental effects and burdens of her gift more obviously, she's a bit more bloodthirsty and a bit less tame. Her family is almost certainly polyamorous, and although they all have primaries they do swap around and even take other lovers; they're not quite a nest, they don't drink from each other, but they're close. (Or she and Jasper are out in the world together but still taking other lovers. Either way.) She's also a bit, well, crazier. Like a milder, eternally teenage Drusilla. She's a trauma victim and she's possessing of visions she never asked for that feel more of a problem than she sometimes wants to admit. It takes its toll. She's not bad, but she's not exactly fine upstanding, either.
The vampire rules of her original canon? Eh. Either she's a proper nighttime vampire and none of this red-topaz eyes, surviving on forest critters nonsense, or she's a fairy-vampire a la True Blood (not entirely like, of course, keeping her brood's various gifts instead of assigning everyone telepathy for example) and she's every bit a vampire but also every bit capable of daywalking without disaster. A True Blood-type setup for cohabitating with humans and trying to survive mostly on synthetic is possible; in that same vein, drinking from humans without killing them is likely.
R-rated Alice, essentially.
